"Won't support mov"

I've tried everything from downloading video convertors and searching help sites with no avail. I have a new Lumix camera and the videos are in mov but Movie Maker 2.6 does not support them. I paid good money for both and one of them has to go. I'm really unhappy with my purchase of this video editing software and wouldn't recomend it to anyone!! Unless of course your videos are supported then film and be happy, as for me I'm at a dead end! Becky B
